Shipping and Returns Policies

Returns/Exchanges:

Unfortunately since we ship edible goods we are not able to accept returns for exchanges or refunds. Please contact Hello@latnsweets.us or use our Contact us page here for alternatives. Undeliverable packages original shipping fee is non refundable. We can go ahead and reship the order for a minimal shipping fee when new ship to address is provided. 

Shipping: 

US Domestic only. We do not ship internationally as of yet. All packages are shipped using USPS courier within the United States.  At most cases we utilize FedEx or UPS depending the best prices provided at time of shipping your order. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We have free shipping US Ground Shipping for orders more than $75.00 plus. US Domestic address only and Ground service is picked at time of fulfilling the order unless our customers pay priority or expedited shipping.  Use code FREESHIP at checkout only one coupon code per order.
